Your first visit includes a 60-minute assessment with movement evaluation, discussion of your goals, and a personalized treatment plan. Your physiotherapist may use manual therapy and recommend exercises or lifestyle guidance.
A referral is not required to receive physiotherapy. However, some insurance plans require one for coverage. We recommend checking directly with your provider.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Please bring comfortable clothing, any relevant imaging or referrals, and your insurance details if you plan to submit a claim. Arriving a few minutes early is recommended.
Initial assessments are 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on your treatment plan.
