Growing up I was always fascinated by athleticism and the resilience of the human body. I quickly realized that I was no athlete so I had to shift my focus to how I could help people regain their ability to move and use their bodies to their utmost potential.
My first introduction into the rehab space was my RMT who has now become a mentor to me. I realized how wide the scope of practice a RMT has and its infinite possibilities to help create a positive influence in someone's life.
I became a certified RMT in 2022 and as a RMT I allow my assessments to drive my sessions because it gives us a point of reference and how we can build upon that through the use of manual therapy, exercise progression and patient education.
My biggest passion in life is to find every delicious restaurant in the city and I occasionally hit a corner three here and there.
