You can book your Mississauga physiotherapy appointment online, email [email protected], or call (289) 806-5123 to speak with our Guest Experience Team.
Your first visit includes a 60-minute assessment with movement evaluation, discussion of your goals, and a personalized treatment plan. Manual therapy and exercise recommendations may be included.
A referral is not required to receive physiotherapy. Some insurance plans may require one for coverage, so we recommend confirming directly with your provider.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Please bring comfortable clothing, any relevant imaging or referrals, and your insurance details if you plan to submit a claim. Arriving a few minutes early is recommended.
Initial assessments are 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on your treatment plan.
