Sara is a Personal Trainer, a Physical & Health Educator and some say – the Burpee Queen! She decided to pursue a career in fitness for the same reason she became a teacher – to help people. During her Masters, she researched the impact teachers have on students who lack confidence in athletics. Since then, it has become her mission to inspire others to find a love for fitness and wellness that is sustainable. 

She is passionate about building strength from the inside out, and doing what makes you feel good! Her dream is to empower others to feel confident and comfortable in their bodies, while spreading messages of self-love and self-acceptance.

Specialities: Aerobic, resistance and mobility training as well as lifestyle coaching (building healthy habits & routines)
