Physiotherapist
Benson completed his Masters in Physical therapy at the University of Western Ontario. Benson has a passion for all things movement and health. Being an athlete himself he has dealt with his fair share of injuries and he wants to get you back to full strength.
During his undergrad and graduate program, he has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for several teams including basketball, soccer, hockey, and football.
Benson focuses on optimizing movement patterns so you can move pain-free and return to the activities you enjoy the most.
Using a holistic approach focusing on manual therapy and exercises, Benson will help you recover from your injuries and prevent future ones.
